East Europe & Central Asia Union of People Living with HIV announces tender to select a company, institution, organization for carrying out the review of the barriers preventing from the access to every stage of the continuum of HIV care (hereinafter — the review), for people living with HIV (PLWH), PLWH affected by tuberculosis (PLWH/TB), as well as the following key affected populations (KAPs): people who inject drugs (PWID), sex workers (SW), men having sex with men (MSM), taking into consideration gender and age peculiarities.
